Awful service. Called inquiring about a few properties on their website. Nick the letting agent was busy & would call me back. He didn't. I called 3 times the next day and only spoke to him when I insisted I'd hold until he was free. He then was to call me back to confirm viewing a property. He didn't. I called a further 5 more times the next day. Finally got through to him at 6pm to be told he'd call me back in 2 mins. He didn't. I called the following morning again to be told he'd confirm either way within the morning. Still waiting 1 week later... My advice, go with another agency.

Was required to pay a full deposit (£5k) well before the move in date (2 weeks prior). The maintenance work that was agreed upon by the landlord (to be completed by the move in date) hadn't been completed when the agent gave the flat keys to me. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
