Have dealt with both Billy and Aziz for the past 4 years. I have found them to be courteous and efficient. They are currently managing two properties for me and there has never been any issues. they respond to my phone calls or e-mails promptly and send monthly rental statements by e-mail. as a ... Lazy and dishonest. There was a leak in my apartment. Terrible landlord at Bromyard House didn't address the problem properly and I had to wait 4 months to get it fixed, after many e-mails and chasing.
