THIS COMPANY IS *...(As I can't find any other explanation) I've never seen anything like this in my whole life! Judging by all the other reviews on here, the other customers were not black...or am I missing something here? Any way, judge for yourself..here is what happened: I was referred by a good friend of mine; one of their tenants for a flat he was about to vacate, after speaking to one of the staff there, Billy he took my details and said he would get back to me about my inquiry for the flat. I told him I had references from work and previous land-lords plus clean credit score. I thought getting the flat would be just formality as I was referred by previous good tenant but after waiting 2 weeks I heard nothing. So I called Billy again and he told me the landlord lives abroad but has not responded to his email about my inquiry and recommendation and he promised me he would send another email (he said he couldn't call the landlord because she was abroad), so I asked him to let me know if another flats came available he should contact me as I thought maybe the landlord didn't want to rent her property to me..for whatever reason. To my disgust my friend who is actually still living at the property told me he had received an text from Farrell Lewis that the flat was to have viewings that week, so I checked on Zoopla to see if they had any other properties advertised...to my shock they had a flat in my area at my price range so I thought I would give Billy the benefit of the doubt and ask him about the new property, so when I called Billy he told me he had not heard from the landlord about my inquiry and he didn't have any more flats available which was a blatant lie because there was one advertised on Zoopla. So I decided I would go in to the shop and confront Billy, so I did, when I got there Billy wasn't there but his manager Aziz was there so I thought to myself...great I can get some help. So I explained to Aziz the manager and he seemed sincere and acknowledged that both flats were available and he would speak to Billy and contact me within 2 hours...he didn't call. So the following day I called the office using the mobile phone I usually use and no one answered, so I decided to call 5 minutes later using a different number (my landline). This time, Billy answered..so I told him I wanted to speak to his manager at which he told me he wasn't available, so I just said thank you and dropped the phone...so as you can see they were even ignoring me. I can't for the life of me understand why I got this treatment, I work for a blue chip company, I'm well-spoken, educated, presentable and I have all the references. If this is not *, what else could it be?? I've never had any dealings with this company before, my friend who is their tenant is a model tenant and he even recommended me.
