The landlord accepted the offer and then agency before doing the paperwork came back saying - "landlord has got someone coming from his home in ASIA". I called up the agency 2-3 times with different names after 4-5 days in different branch and they clearly said that the property is under REFERENCE check and will be let out as well.. BIGGEST LIAR agency and pathetic experience. they dont care about their customers and only care of how much money they can squeeze out as their agency fee and will drop out of deal for even £10 pcm. I emailed the OWNER mentioning the way the staff deals with clients and he hasnt BOTHERED to even respond.
