terrible service all they care about is money they dont care about your problems with the property and the landlords are terrible as well he has no respect for anyone treats everybody as his slave nothing works properly in this property and nothing has been informed by the estate agent the property ... What agent could do to change your mind?
TERRIBLE PEOPLE DONT DO ANYTHING ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY DONT CARE ABOUT TENANTS PROBLEMS WITH THE PROPERTY NEVER CALL YOU BACK NEVER RESPOND STRAIGHTAWAY DONT REGISTER YOU WITH ANYTHING THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPERTY THERE PROPERTIES LANDLORDS ARE OTHER TERRIBLE PEOPLE AS WELL AS WE ARE FACING SOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PROPERTY VERY RUDE PEOPLE BOTH ESTATE AGENTS AND THEIR PROPERTY LANDLORDS AS WELL....DONT GO WITH THIS AGENT AS ON THERE WEBSITE THEY HAVE GOOD TESTIMONIALS BUT IT IS ALL FAKE.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
