terrible service all they care about is money they dont care about your problems with the property and the landlords are terrible as well he has no respect for anyone treats everybody as his slave nothing works properly in this property and nothing has been informed by the estate agent the property they show and the landlord both of them dont help you with your problems with the property.....boiler does not work,the main switch keeps tripping leaving you with no power,heater does not work,sink blockage and nobody told us about this and the landlord he does not care all they want is money.....plz dont go with this agents properties as they are a nightmare

TERRIBLE PEOPLE DONT DO ANYTHING ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY DONT CARE ABOUT TENANTS PROBLEMS WITH THE PROPERTY NEVER CALL YOU BACK NEVER RESPOND STRAIGHTAWAY DONT REGISTER YOU WITH ANYTHING THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPERTY THERE PROPERTIES LANDLORDS ARE OTHER TERRIBLE PEOPLE AS WELL AS WE ARE FACING SOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PROPERTY VERY RUDE PEOPLE BOTH ESTATE AGENTS AND THEIR PROPERTY LANDLORDS AS WELL....DONT GO WITH THIS AGENT AS ON THERE WEBSITE THEY HAVE GOOD TESTIMONIALS BUT IT IS ALL FAKE.
