To improve our family life we moved from coventry to Dorset. Goadsby made everything so simple for us it was amazing. After a couple of months we noticed the paint on the walls started to peel. We contacted Goadsby to ask if we could decorate. We was told the landlord was going to visit and inspect what needed doing. He never showed up on the day arranged. We contacted Goadsby numerous times to get the flat decorated but nothing ever git done. The landlord then decided he was selling the property .. so we moved. Two days after we moved the flat was inspected. They now want to charge us for decorating .... no chance. We are still waiting for our bond back and calls are not beung returned to us from Goadsby. Goadsby are ok but could improve.

If you are thinking of purchasing a property through Goadsby, then my advice is don't. They will 'string you along', tell you that the vendor doesn't wish to sell after all and then accept an offer which is over the asking price Be warned... Read Full Review
