Untrustworthy, massively mis valued property, lazy,. Extremely poor communication. Were in process of cancelling contract, when we finallly got a buyer. They never showed up for his viewing. They recommended a different buyer at a massively reduced price and gave personal contact details without our permission after mis leading us that there was a cash buyer, only for this to be another falsehood. They then closed their office in Gillingham without telling us. Just awful.

After over pricing our property knowing we wanted a quick sell and not getting viewings, we wanted to move to new agent.
