Untrustworthy, massively mis valued property, lazy,. Extremely poor communication. Were in process of cancelling contract, when we finallly got a buyer. They never showed up for his viewing. They recommended a different buyer at a massively reduced price and gave personal contact details... Read Full Review

Untrustworthy, massively mis valued property, lazy,.
Extremely poor communication.
Were in process of cancelling contract, when we finallly got a buyer. They never showed up for his viewing. They recommended a different buyer at a massively reduced price and gave personal contact details without our permission after mis leading us that there was a cash buyer, only for this to be another falsehood.
They then closed their office in Gillingham without telling us.
Just awful.

After over pricing our property knowing we wanted a quick sell and not getting viewings, we wanted to move to new agent. We were told we were obliged to stay with them as it was a 20 week sole agency deal. Don't remember being told this a the begining. Trying to get our keys back has... Read Full Review

Trying to get our keys back has been a night mare. Phone calls and messages go unanswered .
