Do not rent with cardwells disgraceful exuse of a estate agents. I had to live through damp and mouldy conditions for 10 months in my old flat. I had water coming through my bedroom windowsill, rising damp in my loundge rats in my kitchen coming from the cellar below. Cardwells took no blame for the issues and were no help. I got so sick January this year from the spores I had to sleep in the loundge for 3 months. They stole my deposit and are using that money to fund for the damprrofing works and other jobs on flat rather than using there own money. I've had almost £400 worth of furniture damaged by mould spores could of been prevented if cardwells cared about there tenants which i learned they do not. I strongly recommend anyone to avoid their company.
