feel let down we had a offer accepted on sunday for 3 Staveley Avenue, Bolton BL1 and where told to just wait and they will tell us what do next I explained we got the mortgage also any document they need they said no do not worry someone will call you monday. on monday we where told what to send we done it then they say they got another offer after we had agreed a price with the owners of the house. we would of been willing to move up the price if they had not told us the house is yours. guys if you can not use this company please do not. next time I would go direct to the seller as these guys agree a price then you give them what you want and still advertise it for sale. guys do not use these if you ever see a house on sale with these guys be sure to double check it's taken off the market once agreed i also got the call recorded. I have the manager telling me its ours he was called dave. i will be taking legal advice as all my calls are recorded. I would never use this company again and if you see a house for sale with them I say speak to the owners of the property once there contract up buy it without these lot as they back stab you and look for more money.

9 Feb 2021Unfortunately someone else who had viewed before this client came forward after the initial sale was agreed and offered substantially more. We are required by law to put all offers to the seller, it is them who choose who they want to sell to. Thankfully this reviewer had not spent any money on the purchase when the higher offer came in. We wish we had two to sell as we had no issues with the reviewer as a buyer.

Unprofessional. Played games all through advised property can stay with goods and cardwells pressured the seller to empty. Do not rent with cardwells disgraceful exuse of a estate agents. I had to live through damp and mouldy conditions for 10 months in my old flat.
