My husband and I contacted Tony initially to view the house he was marketing which we absolutely loved when we saw online in the area we were looking for, and with a price which suited our financial status. Tony had the viewing arranged and we just knew the house was for us. He came to our home to explain the process and We were so impressed by his presentation and the personal touch that we decided to give him the business of selling our existing home and, another home we owned. So the journey began... We very quickly sold the Glasgow house, expertly dealt with by the lovely team. I had spoken with Leda most of all, also Susan, Karen and a few others. The names escape me,, but they were all wonderful. In my experience of customer service, you rarely get such care and promises delivered. Our house in Hamilton sold closely behind. Both houses sold over the home report price. We were then able to prove affordability. Our offer for our new purchase was then accepted to our delight. Our buyers had also provided affordability to buy from us, which gave us the ultimate peace of mind. Every call I made to either Tony or the office was answered professionally. The girls in the office all brought different things to the table and worked together to make our journey go as smoothly as possible. We are now moved in and our dream is now realised. Everything discussed was up front and honest. No big sales pitches and no pressure whatsoever. Thank you all so much Home Connexions. We will recommend this company without hesitation.

23 Jun 2022Unfortunately my experience of this estate agent is anything but favourable. First he valued my home at a price above the price it was eventually sold for. Including legal fees that has cost me ££5000. Which reduces the amount you have to spend on a new property. My only conversation with him was to say the price was lower to attract more viewers. How he expected anyone to pay £5000 more for a property valued at £105.000 is beyond me. Just sorry I ever heard of him. Only nice thing was Karen who was a lovely person to speak to.
