What a horrible experience we have had through Delmor. Awful bunch of liars and unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They misrepresented us to owners of a house we wanted to buy. We sold our house they then verbally accepted an offer then lied to our lawyer about move in dates. Meanwhile advising the sellers accept another offer. Absolutely awful and I will not go near anything to do with Delmor’s again and I will be telling anyone looking to buy or sell to avoid at all costs. The receptionist Karen could do with lessons in customer etiquette and how to speak to people.
