What a horrible experience we have had through Delmor. Awful bunch of liars and unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. What a truly awful experience. These guys are the biggest shower of awful people who made my selling experience absolutely terrible. Moved in in September 2013, and since moving in we have not had a working boiler. At time of writing (January 2014) the boiler is still broken with excuse after excuse as to why it hasn't been fixed in a timely manner. I would like the general public to realise that this must be the worst agent locally. After having home reports on a few properties I was told they would not be willing to market at that price. What agent could do to change your mind?
Have a positive marketing approach and not be negative In a difficult market place by Insisting to enter the market at 10K lower than the home report when the property was purchased at 15K above the home report at the peak of the climate. It has had improvements and the home report represented a fair and accurate market value.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
