Really really poor company, amazed they are in business still! 9 times out of 10 they cant be bothered to pick the phone up, they never ring back after leaving a message requesting a call back. They leave their properties up on the websites weeks after they have already had a let agreed on the property! Complete joke of a company. Avoid like the plaque, heard nothing but bad things from other people in their properties!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
try to learn what the word customer service means would be a start!!!

I was tenant with them for a year. Over this period I did not have much interaction with them. Really unorganised, no recollection of previous conversation, makes broken promises, really unreliable branch, really REALLY bad management. Being a landlord, I pay them 10% commission and still have to do a lot of chasing up myself. Please avoid and tell your friends and ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
