Really unorganised, no recollection of previous conversation, makes broken promises, really unreliable branch, really REALLY bad management. Being a landlord, I pay them 10% commission and still have to do a lot of chasing up myself. Please avoid and tell your friends and ... Read Full Review

Really really poor company, amazed they are in business still! 9 times out of 10 they cant be bothered to pick the phone up, they never ring back after leaving a message requesting a call back. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
