I would never recommend Phoenix. They rent out properties with terrible damp and mould, are impossible to get in touch with, and if you DO manage to reach them they'll tell you it's your own fault and you should find somewhere else to live. I wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

I wholeheartedly recommend using Phoenix Property company if it has always been your dream to live in a property that endangers your health and you enjoy being treated as worthless. I am disgusted with the unprofessionalism and callousness shown by Phoenix Property and Lucy Hawkins. They let out houses that are in an unacceptable uninhabitable condition and refuse to show any sympathy to the tenants whose lives they are affecting. I would never rent from Phoenix Property Co. I know someone who rented with them and the damp issues were absolutely revolting. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
