Recently I visited Kings Group in South Chingford, and asked if I could a print out of 2 properties in the window. The man I spoke to passed it on to another man at a different desk, who also said he couldn't do it so passed it on to a third man, who also couldn't figure it out, so passed it on to the original man I asked. They were not familiar with the properties and it took a long time to explain the ones I was interested in. Then he didn't know how to use the printer. After 15 minutes I left. I then rang the South Chingford Kings Group branch to ask to view a property. A man answered but did not give a name, and said he'd book me in for a viewing. He then asked about my mortgage rate which I felt was a bit personal as he's a sales assistant. He went on and on about how I should use his mortgage broker friend. I said no thank you as I'm calling to arrange a viewing. He then said "fine" and just hung up on me (no viewing booked). Appalling service, I am never using King's again!
