I had a rental property in Nottingham to sell during these taxing times. Firstly I had 1st class lawful assistance and advice regarding all the complications with giving notice to a tenant. The full in-house service covered every angle giving me complete peace of mind. Natasha is an absolute star in progressing a sale over the finishing line. Without her, the sale might still be floating in the hideous conveyancing ether. If you have the misfortune of acquiring a flaky solicitor, do not worry, Natasha will not let go until the sale has finally completed. Having experienced other Nottingham agents this is the ONLY one that I would recommend.
