Called to add a property to an already booked slot and been informed that the booking had been cancelled. No one bothered to call me to inform about cancellation and I wonder if I’d get to know about it if I hadn’t called. Also extremely rude agent on the phone (she didn’t even bother introducing herself). Was told that a different agent would give me a call back. When I kindly asked her to note a few questions so that the agent calling me had an idea what I was enquiring about and would be able to answer my questions during his call (rather than yet again inform me that he’d call me back), she just interrupted me. When I insisted and explained I didn’t have a whole day to spend on the phone, so I’d be extremely helpful if she could note those questions, she didn’t bother taking any notes and I was told yet again that I’d get a call back. Rude. Unprofessional. Ignorant. Would not recommend. And all of this on top of overpriced properties. Stay away.

be acknowledged within 24 hours whenever practicable but in no longer than 3 working days,

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our initial investigation, you are provided with a further and final opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by a member of the senior management team, who has not already been involved in the initial investigation. This should be raised with Jonathan Morgan, MD, at the above address and he will conduct the review.
In the event that the final review, as detailed above, still fails to satisfy your complaint, then you are at liberty to have the matter referred to The Property Ombudsman. We will submit our file to the Ombudsman on request. You are also entitled to have your complaint referred to the Ombudsman should we fail to deal with matters promptly or do not comply with our in-house complaints procedure within 8 weeks from the date we receive your written notification.
