It seems the agents in Axminster lacks professionalism. I travelled from London to Devon (during C-19) asking them to advise if the property had an offer on it. Then I would cancel my journey. They failed to advise me even when I asked before travel. Then I popped into the office and still did not tell me before viewing. During the viewing the agent huffed when I asked to see the parking area. Afterwards it was unclear what area belonged to the property. He said I could not see a boundary plan until the sale was dealt with by solicitors. Then tells me at the end of the viewing I can bid for the property as he has an offer. Unprofessional & lazy and deceptive by default.
