Zero stars for lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I was told I would receive feedback on viewings 24 hours after them, I had to chase it up. I was told I would be given regular reviews about how things were progressing... again nothing. I have found the whole experience very frustrating. It doesn’t take much to return someone’s phone call or ring when you said you would, surely? It’s the basics of good business practice. To add insult to injury they addressed emails to my deceased Mother despite being told the situation.

ABSOLUTE CRETINS AVOID-I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute disgraces. My sister was told about a flat weeks ago in Lowestoft.
