Zero stars for lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I was told I would receive feedback on viewings 24 hours after them, I had to chase it up.

I was told I would be given regular reviews about how things were progressing... again nothing. I have found the whole experience very frustrating. It doesn’t take much to return someone’s phone call or ring when you said you would, surely? It’s the basics of good business practice.
To add insult to injury they addressed emails to my deceased Mother despite being told the situation.

ABSOLUTE CRETINS AVOID-I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute disgraces. My sister was told about a flat weeks ago in Lowestoft. It was being renovated/painted but she was told she'd be the first to view property on Lyndhurst road 3 weeks ago. She was elated however your people said they'd call her back and never did to confirm this viewing. This morning the viewing was arranged as the property had come back online during the week. She was booked to view at 2:30pm this afternoon which was confirmed with an agent around 10:45am this morning. To be told 10 minutes later that the property has been let SINCE 3 WEEKS AGO. Despite her being told she was the first to view and this appearance kept up until 11am this morning. Is this an inside job? You've given it to one of your employee's? Disgusting behaviour from the Lowestoft/and or Yarmouth branch and I'd seriously appreciate you looking into this as its a disgusting, vile way to treat people, to mislead them. How dare they. I'm convinced this has been let to one of their agents and I despise the fact this company would dare to lie to her. I also cannot stand that you don't converse with each-other and so my poor sister only finds out today that she's had no chance since she was mislead to believe she did. Don't expect me to ever get a property from your company.
