Unfortunately fell short of what I would expect from a letting agent. They are nothing more than expensive messengers when you need action. Only really acting as a go between rather than actually sorting problems effectively . Failed to provide any quotes for remedial work , failed to check out a property correctly , did not provide any meter readings and subsequently don't know the name of the utility company.

Arranged to view a property, was given appointment time. Arrived to find Agent locking up the property after earlier viewing. She hadn't been told of appointment and seemed surprised. She had only Front Door Key so was unable to access rear of the property or view the outside or the Garage ... Read Full Review

I would never use them again. 5 years of student rent and two post-university. The last of which was with them. Currently debating legal action. Had verbal agreement to end contract early (get in writing!) gave notice before purchasing, and even took time off work to help find new tenants. Sadly no ... Read Full Review

We used Hunters to try and sell our property. What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to remember that customers are potentially going to pay them a lot of money and need to appear to be at least trying to earn it. When a vendor hears nothing from them for months it does not lead you to feel that they are working hard on your behalf. Also, the telephone manner of their staff needs improvement - I called up pretending to be a customer interested in my house and was given incorrect information and then promised a callback which never materialised.
