There were a few issues to sort out when moved in but Charlotte did them all really quickly and when a few carried on Charlotte continued to sort them out and get the relevant workmen in really quickly.

Although this company has now been taken over by Leaders and trade under their name, it was formely know as Alan Francis, which is the company who took my property on. 1 star is too much! Why does any self respecting Landlord use this company. They are the worst I have ever come across. In valid gas safe certificates, Smoke detectors 13 year out of date.
