Avoid at all cost. Horrible company in every possible way - maintenance, communication, problem-solving. Very unhelpful, they take forever to get anything done if it is done at all (you are very lucky it that case). It takes a full week to even get a reply to the email. They will try to charge you ... For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
