Avoid at all cost. Horrible company in every possible way - maintenance, communication, problem-solving. Very unhelpful, they take forever to get anything done if it is done at all (you are very lucky it that case). It takes a full week to even get a reply to the email. They will try to charge you for every single thing even if you have nothing to do with it. They enter your room without informing you and they will ignore your emails afterwards. There is a big chance they will suddenly raise your rent with no explanation in case you want to extend and their contract is very unfair as well. Also, properties that are advertised as "refurbished" has not seen any actual refurbishment for ages since they are using all the old photos from 2 or 3 years ago. Go somewhere else.

Best HMO specialist in the area. Rented my HMO property swiftly , especially considering current circumstances (COVID19). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
