These people are awful to tenants renting their properties. I have rented a 2 bedroom flat from The Property Hive for 12 months now and in that time my boiler has never worked properly (pressure valve broken and leaking water outside) I go for many days without hot water or heating. I am working from home now I’m stuck in this cold damp flat majority of the time and they still refuse to fix the problem. Yet had I been in a council flat paying half what I pay as private rented. St Leger Homes would be straight out. Here I am working paying through the nose for a private rented flat and I don’t even have the basic necessaties Avoid them at all cost!!! They only care about people selling their homes with them.
