Sylvia came round to value my house, and was very friendly and professional. I found her helpful, informative about best ways to present and sell the property, and felt that she was spot on with the valuation, and she did explain the reasons for it, such as the other nearby properties of a comparable size etc that viewers would also look at. I felt very satisfied that she had given me all the help she could in terms of finances, presentation and so on, and would strongly recommend this company.

These people are awful to tenants renting their properties. I have rented a 2 bedroom flat from The Property Hive for 12 months now and in that time my boiler has never worked properly (pressure valve broken and leaking water outside) I go for many days without hot water or heating.
