I found Mel of LLEstates to be very professional in her dealings with me. I found it impossible to do viewings because Wales was on lockdown and also because I have mobility problems! I live in London. LLestates were marketing the two buildings I liked. So I decided to get my surveyor who lives in the area to do the viewings for me. I told him the property had to be wheelchair user friendly, to take numerous pictures to show me, and then go back in to do the survey of the recommended property. Mel told me all the reasons for waiting to view the property myself but I decided these were not big enough reasons to wait. When I move in, if I find the bungalow to be wrong for me, I shall simply redecorate it and put it back in the market. I had problems finding a solicitor to process my purchase, again Mel came to my rescue. She sent me contact details of some solicitors, I chose one and I am now looking to complete before Christmas. I really recommend Mel and LLestates highly to anyone looking for a property to buy in North Wales.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
