I had a very unprofessional dealing with Knight Frank in Cobham, and ended up getting very messed around on an offer that was accepted. After paying for searches and appointing an architect, an new offer was accepted by another party and I was given no opportunity to meet that new offer or counter. Totally unfair and unprofessional.
