Recently asked them to help out with a problem I am having with an insurance issue and they said were happy to help. This was great news until my insurer said it was missing the address of the property. I then went back and asked politely if they would add this. They responded "I'm not even sure who sent this but we don’t go back as far as 2013" despite having all the accurate information on the previous document i.e year and exact date I left. Ending it with we "We cannot help any further". I now recall a time when I stayed at this property that there was a broken pipe flooding the entrance from a wall shared by my flat. despite calling multiple times they did nothing till I had to point out that there was a live socket on the other side of the wall in my property that could cause electrical fire...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
