From the start they were quick to respond but then ghosted us on the date of the actual viewing. We waited outside for 20-25 minutes just incase, left voicemails and messages but completely ignored. This was with a 3 hour round trip to view the flat.

Stay away from their properties. Team of bullying sister brother team who are non professionals and have no sympathy for anyone. Poor service. Not cooperative at all. Moved into a flat with issues that should have been sorted prior to a new tenant entering.
