Overall have had a very positive experience with Coopers leggings, they have been understanding, friendly and keen to sort out any issues with the property, particularly Simon. They are however quite hard to get a hold of sometimes, as they don't always answer the phone or there isn't someone always in the office.
Comments on Agent Fees
Agent fees are okay, they don't charge ridiculous and completely unnecessary fees like other estate agents in the Sidcup area.

Stay away from their properties. Team of bullying sister brother team who are non professionals and have no sympathy for anyone. Poor service. Not cooperative at all. Moved into a flat with issues that should have been sorted prior to a new tenant entering.
