Firstly the other reviews are clearly from them haha ! There is a lot to this. They now call themselves heritage estates. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE ‘PEOPLE’ they’re scum. I’m still in the process of getting my deposit back 1 year later. We had to leave because the restaurant downstairs was filled with cockroaches. We had them all over our flat. Pest control was called about 8-10 times. One ran over my foot when getting a glass of water at night. They were dying next to my sons crib and constantly in the kitchen it was anxiety enduring and disgusting. I’m reporting them to trading standards maybe that’s why they have changed they’re name once. As the other review says CHRIS is the king cockroach, I’m and actor and this guy could do the same he’s proper slime. BE CAREFUL he can’t be trusted. Literally the slippiest person I’ve ever met. You’ll be ignored trying to call the office and also make sure they don’t add your name to bills when you leave it’s easily fixed but they’re proper chancers. I don’t think you’ll be living there legally as I’m pretty sure they dodging paying bills. Also there was a robbery and the noise of the road is intense at the weekend. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Hope this helps :) Scum. Pure and simple.
