if i could give this letting agency 0 stars then I would. We rented a property through the Norwich Branch. Although we should have read thoroughly through the many, many pages of the contract, we believed we had read it sufficiently well to sign. Big mistake ! Subject to inspections every 3 MONTHS (i have never experienced this frequency before). Also several regular (and unannounced )visits from the landlord who lived next door. There was no reason for this as the house was kept in very good condition, as stated in the many reports. When we came to leave after a year and a half we were told that we had to give 3 MONTHS NOTICE before we could (again, this was supposedly buried in the contract but we hadn't seen it and never experienced this before). We cleaned the house before we left (even had a cleaner in to give the oven a thorough clean) but absolutely no account was taken of wear and tear AT ALL and ended up with only a tiny fraction of our deposit returned. This company will take every opportunity to rinse you of your cash and take an age to get back to you regarding anything to do with the house .
