Avoid at all cost!! Worse experience with estate agent we have ever had as a cash buyer. How on earth this estate agent gets away with it I never Know! On putting in a offer on a property known as the Old School house at Llangynyw we were told by the office to show proof of funds. So on viewing we took along all the paperwork. To be met by a Mr Robert Hudson Who Is suppose to be one of the Partners . Hes customer experience was Disgusting only been told we need to send are offer and all are details in the post when we had them in are hand to give him!! This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with Morris and Marshall we had the same from a different branch when we were buying a different property.
