Avoid at all costs! I rented with Campbell and Co. for a year and have never had a worse rental experience in my life. The house was infested with both rats and mice, evidence of which can be seen in the attached photo. Upon reporting this to the estate agents we received a patronising and rude response and were told this was our issue to deal with. The house was unfit to live in and I had to find alternative accommodation for myself and my belongings for a number of weeks until we could catch and dispose of the rats and mice ourselves. We were also disrupted multiple times by contractors carrying out work we had not been informed of. My bedroom was left in a mess after this involving dirty footprints on my bed spread. The house was filthy and walls, windows and curtains where covered with mould upon moving in, which we were later told to correct ourselves! My bedroom required hours of thorough cleaning before i felt comfortable enough to move any of my belongings in. To top it all off, upon moving out of this property I was asked to chase up my own deposit with the new tenants, of whom I had no contact with. Highly unprofessional!

Have been using these guys for almost 14years. Never had any issues. Calls are always returned promptly and over the course of the years the property has never been empty for more than two weeks between tenancy change over.
