Incompetent! The FACTS; Tuesday, spoke to Lauren "Can I view 60 Tenth St ASAP please?" Reply "Can't do anything until Friday". "I'm very keen, please try" Reply " OK, i'll contact the owner " NO REPLY RECEIVED. Wednesday I call Lauren. "Did you manage to contact the owner?" Reply "No, left a voicemail. I'll come back to you". NO REPLY RECEIVED. Wednesday PM, web chat to Sam. I explained what has happened so far. He apologised, took my details and said he would come back to me. NO REPLY RECEIVED. Thursday I call and ask to speak to the sales manager. Speak to Gale, explain my frustration. Says I can view after 3 other viewers on Friday. Says come about 10;50am but I might have to wait a few minutes until others leave. Says I'm not registered and takes all my details again! Friday I arrive at exactly 1100 after an hours journey. Nobody at the property. Telephone and speak to Tracey who states Gale had an appointment at 1100 at another property and had to leave! Explain Iv'e traveled an hour to get here. I ask if someone can come back. Tracey asks if I can wait two hours! Terrible 'customer service'.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
