Extract of letter I sent to agents thanking them for their excellent service. "We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism shown by every member of the company that we dealt with from the time we put the property on the market in May to completion of the sale today. All were friendly and went out of their way to help the sale go through. This was particularly shown in the last few weeks when you were chasing up solicitors to get the sale through to completion. Throughout this process you kept us continually in touch with what was happening. We were also grateful to your lettings department who in under24 hours arranged for the property to be temporarily let to the purchaser prior to the completion."
