If this review helps at least one person of the troubles this agency gave me, I'll be already happy. They are the most unprofessional and awful agency I ever see!! They never gave us support during a Carbon Monoxide leakage caused by unlicensed employees that they sent to fix my heating system (which poisoned me and my family), and tried to make it looks like our fault! They are absolutely unresponsive, and in the end of the tenancy the manager Paul decided not refund half month of rent that they own me. All these cases are already on the court, but it generated an absolutely stressful situation. I've seeing some goods reviews for them on Google, most of them from persons that have only 1 review, probably all fake reviews!! Seriously, if you are doing business with them or will do in the future, BE CAREFUL!!!

We had to use the Big Estate agent in Shotton while we rented out a unit on Shotton high street.
