Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I really wouldn't recommend contacting this agency for your tenant needs. I viewed a property at Northumberland Road with this company and the estate agent didn't even know anything about it. When asked whether it was on a meter this couldn't be answered, when asked what type of heating system it had this couldn't be answered either. During my viewing I opened the wardrobe and there was thick mould, there were punched doors and cupboard doors were hanging off. There was filth all up the walls. I asked the "property management" company if they would be cleaning the property and if they would make repairs and they agreed to cleaning (doubt that would have even happened and don't understand why they wouldn't have done an end of tenancy clean) but did not agree to any repairs. That doesn't look very great for a future tenant or to a landlord really considering the state of disrepair the property was in. The person who I was discussing this with was VERY rude and unprofessional and initially it actually had to take me pestering to even get a viewing because they don't even reply! An awful company. If you want a disgusting property which will crumble and diminish over time then these people are for you! If you take pride in where you live or as a landlord prefer to have an attractive and presentable home, then don't put your money in the pocket of these con artists.
