Better later than never to right a review. Rented with Keats between 2013 -2015 Haslemere and bought my house in 2015 through Liphook branch. Treated appallingly by Nicola in Property Management. She was rude and condescending. The house was left in a better condition than when I moved in. Tried to argue the check in inventory, charged for £100 for dusty skirting boards. Didnt do a check out till nearly a week after I left. Bought my house and Tom in Liphook, told me I wasnt an important customer and he was dealing with more important people in London. Made a joke when it was completed that the funds had gone in the wrong bank. Viewed the property with a trainee who knew nothing about the house. Keats clearly believe they are better than everyone else - clearly not as they has to close 2 branches locally.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been honest and open. And an understanding of the phrase customer service\"\"would be a distinct advantage.
Comments on Agent Fees
No problems, about par for the course. Of course if they actually did what they were supposed to for the money it would have been better.
