Why oh Why did i not read the other reviews for this shambolic bunch. Once again a litany of condescending lies and staff covering up their mistakes for each other. AVOID doing business with this firm at any costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been honest and open. And an understanding of the phrase customer service\"\"would be a distinct advantage.

No problems, about par for the course. Of course if they actually did what they were supposed to for the money it would have been better.

Better later than never to right a review. Rented with Keats between 2013 -2015 Haslemere and bought my house in 2015 through Liphook branch. Treated appallingly by Nicola in Property Management. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
