We have used indigo lettings for 2 years renting a studio flat in Newhaven. They have always acted promptly with any maintenance problems, and i have always found the staff helpful.

I rented a student property from Indigo Lettings in Brighton. The property was disgusting, the kitchen was tiny, not even big enough for one person, the living room was in a greenhouse attachment and too hot to sit in the summer, too cold in winter. As a tenant, this is by far the worst letting agent I have ever used. Took months to fix anything and were generally useless at doing anything a property management company is supposed to do (usually claiming staff shortages as the reason), yet if WE did anything that they could vaguely interpret ...
