Awful customer service, Myra was completely unhelpful repeatedly saying she would call me back and not doing it, asking for my details several times and not seemingly taking note of them. I was trying to find somewhere to rent in my town, unfortunately my only option was to work with Myra as she was the estate agent for this area. I assume they are a cheap estate agent to use for landlords, because there's no other reason you'd go with this company. They made it virtually impossible to actually enquire about rentals in the area, I called several times about viewings and applications, each time being told the property in question wasn't available yet and Myra would call me back.. Which she never did. It made me feel hopeless of finding somewhere in my town. I honestly don't think she was doing the basics of her job role, she wasn't rude as such. Just completely unhelpful and vauge, I started to wonder if she has some personal dislike for us, but i think she just neglected to do her job.
