I have been sold a plot of land and workshop at Mere in Wiltshire .I was told that it was a freehold plot , vacant possession,and I would own it "Title absolute" and no body whatsoever could lay claim to any part of the land and it was was mine and I could rent it out ,or sell bits off ,or do any thing I like with it ,(obviously subject to pp) It was all a total pack of lies .The land does not legally belong to the people who are selling it and there are 3 cautions on the land claiming ownership ,so it can not be legally sold , I have purchased a worthless piece of paper ,The company is I believe ,registered in Turkey and getting my money back is going to be a long legal process .Total scum

12 Nov 2023Same happened with us; Strategic Farms and Land using Barney Estate agents to auction our land with vacant possession without owning it. Sorted in the end but cost us legal fees. People beware.
