I have been sold a plot of land and workshop at Mere in Wiltshire .I was told that it was a freehold plot , vacant possession,and I would own it "Title absolute" and no body whatsoever could lay claim to any part of the land and it was was mine and I could rent it out ,or sell bits off ...
