I would like to say a big thank you to the entire team at Arlen Properties especially to Mandi and Veneta for letting us a flat 5 years ago with our small dog. It was difficult at the time to rent a place with a dog and Mandi kindly informed the Landlord about our circumstances and obtained his permission as long as we had to prove that we were responsible pet owners. We have recently renewed our 5th tenancy agreement which speaks for itself. I am happy to recommend Arlen Properties for their organised renting process, for their helpful and excellent staff, great and reliable maintenance service. I strongly advise you to contact Arlen Properties if you need to rent a property through them as long as you are responsible tenants, I have to highlight RESPONSIBLE as unfortunately some of the tenants are not as responsible as they should be when renting a property.

Worst agency in the world. As a student they put me on charge for all council tax in HMO property without sertificate for it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
