I don't recommend this place. I dealt with a lady called Mandi, very unpleasant lady (she would even tell her worker off in front of you carelessly). I've rented a room that didn't seem particularly clean, yet you are expected to pay for a professional cleaning when you leave, even though you didn't necessarily get it that way before you rented! (In other words, they don't check that it was indeed cleaned, they rely on bogus reports). They were dishonest, the same room was offered to my friend on the SAME DAY for 100 pounds less than they gave it to me! They took advantage of the fact I was desperate for a place. I've paid all my rents on time (direct debit), I've never caused issues, yet she gave me so much grief when I had to leave after my contract terminated. I don't know what will happen to those who have sudden change of financial circumstances. I can see her throwing them out immediately. They do maintain the place, which is why I gave 2 stars. But if you want to deal with someone as awful, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing, even if you call them about something, send them an email immediately after saying I've just had a call and this is what we've agreed on. If you find issues with the property, report it IN WRITING. Take pictures of everything and don't rely on their inventory service, they will try to find anything in the property to deduct your deposit

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
